Order Processing & Shipping Policy
All products available on www.njels.in can be delivered to all over India. Our packages are delivered by reputable shipping companies mostly by Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express and Speed Post.
Except in cases of COD, products are dispatched after full payment has been received against the order.
When the packages are sent out from our order-processing department, we make sure that they are all perfectly packaged and secured in security tape. However, we are unable to control how courier services will handle and, if any, damage your package while it is in transit to you. As a result, we strongly advise against accepting any tampered with or damaged packages since the recipient will then be held accountable for any missing goods.
For security reasons, we strongly advise you to prepare a video while unboxing the product.
The courier company will make 3 efforts to deliver the product if the receiver is not available at the time of delivery. If the receiver can still not be reached or is not available, the package will be returned to our office from whence it was sent.
Orders picked up directly from the delivery hub or elsewhere other than the delivery destination are not our responsibility.

Processing of the order may get delayed if in case the contact information given at the time order can not be confirmed by our team or may look suspicious or incorrect. Our team will connect with the customer based on the given contact information for the confirmation of the shipping address.
We, Krupa jewels have right to cancel order any time without giving any reason due to only unavoidable circumstances and full refund including shipping charges will be provided.
